We invite all new and transfer students to attend the orientation session for the 2025 Fall semester as outlined below.

2. Event Details

• Date & Time: Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 15:00 (KST)

• Venue: Gosuncheong Seminar Room, 2nd Floor, Hyehwa Hall (Seoul Campus)

• Participants: All new and transfer students admitted to the 2025 Fall semester

• Format: On-site only (no online session available)

• Agenda:

  • Introduction to academic policies and procedures

  • Course registration guidance

  • Q&A session

  • Student council introduction

3. Additional Information

• Orientation materials are available for students who cannot attend and for international students. Please refer to the attached documents on the Graduate School website: http://gs.dongguk.edu

• The orientation materials are provided for general guidance and do not override official university regulations or academic policies.

• Student registration will be processed sequentially from August 1, 2025 (Friday) based on each applicant’s final enrollment confirmation.

라. 시행방법 : 대면 진행 (비대면 미시행)

마. 내용 : 대학원 학사제도 안내, 신입생 수강신청 안내, Q&A, 학생회 안내 등

3. 기타사항

가. 외국인학생 및 미참여자는 붙임 오리엔테이션 자료 참고(홈페이지(gs.dongguk.edu) 공지 완료)

나. 본 오리엔테이션 자료는 일반대학원 신입생들의 학업이수를 돕기 위한 안내 자료이며 해당 자료가 본교 규정 및 관련 학사 지침을 우선할 수 없음

다. 신(편)입생 학적생성 2025. 8. 1(금)부터 순차적으로 시행(전형별 등록완료 후 처리)
